Team / Governance

At Gardens of the Sincere, we believe that sincerity must be supported by strong governance, transparent leadership, and a community-driven team. What began with the efforts of one teacher and his students has grown into a structured organization with teams and trusted partners active in multiple countries.

Leadership With Purpose

Our leadership is built on trust, service, and accountability.
  • The core team provides strategic direction, ensures the transparency of funds, and upholds the Islamic values that form the heart of our mission.
  • Decision-making is guided by sincerity (ikhlāṣ), responsibility (amānah), and long-term impact.

A Global Network Of Volunteers & Partners

Our work would not be possible without our volunteers, students, local coordinators, and partner organizations around the world.

  • Local teams in countries such as Indonesië, Kameroen, Bangladesh, Niger, and Palestina (Gaza) help implement and monitor projects directly on the ground.
  • This decentralized model ensures that support reaches those who need it most, quickly and effectively.

DONATE TODAY AND HELP SUPPORT GLOBAL'S RESILIENCE.
YOUR GENEROSITY CAN SAVE LIVES.

Transparency & Accountability

Transparency is one of the core values of Gardens of the Sincere. We aim to ensure that every donation is used with care, honesty, and purpose.
  • For some projects, such as Gaza emergency relief and certain humanitarian actions, we apply a 100% donation model, where all funds go directly to the field.
  • For other projects, such as water wells or development initiatives, a small administrative contribution is included to cover operational and logistical costs that make the projects sustainable and effective.
  • All projects are carefully monitored, and donors receive regular updates and clear reporting on the impact of their contributions.

Ethical and Faith-Based Governance

Our governance model is rooted in the Islamic principles of justice, trust, and collective responsibility.

  • We prioritize ethical decision-making, responsible stewardship of funds, and community trust.
  • Our ambition is to build structures that are not only efficient but also reflect the spirit of barakah, blessing through sincerity.
